Lenovo’s Fire Seed Project Powers CASBOT 01 Humanoid Robot
Beijing-based Zhongke Huiling recently introduced its CASBOT01 humanoid robot, developed in partnership with the Chinese tech giant Lenovo.

CASBOT-01 is a humanoid robot developed by Zhongke Huiling in collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Introduced in 2024, it stands about 175 centimeters (5 feet 9 inches) tall and weighs around 55 kilograms (121 pounds). The robot is equipped with advanced joint actuators, visual perception systems, and whole-body balance control, allowing it to walk, grasp, and interact smoothly in human environments. CASBOT-01 serves as a research and development platform for humanoid locomotion, dexterity, and AI-based motion control in China’s growing robotics industry.
